YOXTHEIMER NAMED TO ALL-SBL TEAM

COLUMBUS, GA - The Chattahoochee Monsters announced today that outfielder Jaxon Yoxtheimer was named to the All-SBL squad for the 2023 SunBelt Baseball League season.

Yoxtheimer, a Freshman at the University of Alabama-Birmingham, grew up in Phenix City, Alabama and appeared in 23 games with the Monsters this season. He posted a .420 batting average, best among all Monsters players with at least 20 appearances. His 14 stolen bases led the team and his 14 RBIs were second on the squad. The centerfielder was perfect in 166 innings this season, recording 61 putouts with one assist and a 1.000 fielding percentage.
