MONSTERS DROP FIRST GAME OF THREE-GAME WEEKEND TO CRACKERS

OXFORD, AL - The Atlanta Crackers held the Choccolocco Monsters to just two hits and rode the strength of a two-run fourth inning to a 2-0 win on Friday night at Choccolocco Park.

Crackers starter Colt McKibben one-hit the Monsters for five innings, striking out nine while walking only two to earn the win. 

Offensively, Atlanta got a one out solo home run from Jaden Anderson, followed by an RBI single from Charlie Banks to cement the final score.

Choccolocco's Hayes Harrison went all seven innings in the loss, allowing two runs on eight hits.
